Returns Procedure 

In the unlikely event that you need to return goods, Chameleon Jewellery will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the item in question.  This is providing the item is returned within 7 days of you having receiving it, IN ITS ORIGINAL WRAPPING AND UNUSED or Equvilant packaging - (Jiffy bag / padded envelope)

Contact [email protected] with details of the item and the reason for its return,  INCLUDING your FULL order details.  Before sending ANY item back YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST

 If Chameleon-jewellery is out of stock of any item returned, there may be a delay of up to 28 days in shipping a replacement, whilst Chameleon-jewellery awaits new stock

All returns MUST be sent back to Chameleon-jewellery.  Customers must ensure they use recorded delivery for all items.  If you do not return using recorded delivery, Chameleon-jewellery cannot accept any responsibility for any returns that are not received

 All batteries purchased are checked prior to being despatched
 
Please note - we do not accept ANY returns unless contacted first

Chameleon-jewellery cannot accept any returns for any body piercing jewellery, that has been worn, due to the hygiene risks associated with piercing jewellery
